  • Where is the store based?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 - 14 business days postal service.
    International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Yay! A Reopening! How long are you open until?

    Hey~ I'm back!

    I open and close my store from time to time due to restocking and traveling to conventions to sell my merch. I can't keep my store open all the time unfortunately because I am only one person and I don't have an assistant to do inventory and other boring store things when I'm not at home.😭

    So as of right now my store will stay open until I have to prep for my next convention (MAGFEST Jan. 23 - 26)

  • What are Preorders and when will I receive them?

    A preorder is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or manufactured.

    Production time will be mentioned in the item description.
    Shipping process for these orders may take up to a month after preorders close!

    I am in charge handling and shipping all my merchandise so delays may be a possibility.

  • What if I purchase a regular item with a preorder item in an order?

    Your regular item will be held back and be shipped with your preorder item. If you want your regular item sooner please order it separately.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes.

    International shipping rates are rising and customs and its rules have been more difficult. To ensure everyone gets their orders safe and sound, I’ve opted for the more reliable shipping options, which unfortunately is pricier.

    Import duties, taxes, etc are the buyer’s responsibility. I do not mark order totals below value, or mark items as ‘gifts’ to reduce shipping costs.

  • Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

    If there's something wrong with your order please email me at [email protected] and I can help with exchanging an item or refunds.

    FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
    I do not offer refunds. Once I drop off your order to the post office I have no control over what happens after. Please contact your local post office to check up on your packages.
